Welcome. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and I offer counselling services for people who want support quickly, efficiently, and supportively. I utilize a blend of therapeutic modalities to help you implement strategies for you to thrive in your life circumstances. My goal for you is to leave my office with new insight, self-belief, and approaches to overcome whatever old story, belief system, or circumstance is keeping you mentally stuck.

I focus on your strengths, your capacity to heal, your resilience, and your ability to find your way through the hard and dark days that inevitably we all face in varied ways.

I offer a strengths based, CBT, and solution focused collaborative therapeutic approach informed by a mix of therapeutic modalities.

I am here to remind you of your own wisdom, strength, and ability to overcome the challenges you’re facing in order to live a more aligned life.

It is my intention for you to access your own strength, self-compassion, and wisdom. You’ve got this.

My passion is to help people live full and vibrant lives away from my office. This means I want you to find strategies that will help in your day to day life and sustain your mental wellness.

My specific area of research during my Master’s was on infant neurodevelopment and the impact of attachment on lifelong mental health. I devote time to continuing to learn more therapeutic and evidence-based therapies through reading and continuing education.

My approach is informed by a decade of experience researching and supporting people’s mental health in non-profit organizations, yoga studios, clinics, and schools.
